KITCHEN A practical and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric coffee maker, espresso machine, microwave, toaster, oven, kettle and cooking utensils.

BEDROOMS

- A welcoming room with a comfortable double bed (180x190 cm), large wardrobe, electric blackout shutters and mosquito nets for optimal comfort.

- A bedroom with a practical bunk bed for two people, chest of drawers, electric blackout shutters and mosquito nets.

MEZZANINE From the bright living room, a safe staircase leads to a charming mezzanine completely in wood, with deckchairs and a coffee table. Enjoy the TV or a book with a unique view of the lake and the mountains. In the area, a comfortable double bed can accommodate 2 more people.

BATHROOM A modern and minimalist bathroom with shower and bidet, with towels available for all guests.

LIVING AREA Modern and bright living room with comfortable armchairs and a dining table. A large window leads to the sunny outdoor terrace with a coffee table, ideal for outdoor aperitifs.

CHILDREN'S SERVICES We provide a cot and high chair free of charge on request for the little ones.

Just a few minutes away are the most beautiful BEACHES on the lake and the best spots for water sports. Colico is the ideal place for lovers of NATURE and SPORT.
In the area there are numerous opportunities for outdoor activities in all seasons such as hiking, cycling, windsurfing, kitesurfing, fishing and much more. For TREKKING enthusiasts there are trails such as Il Sentiero del Viandante from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake. CENTRAL LOCATION Casa Silù is located in the central area of the town of Colico in the northern part of Lake Como. A town less crowded than Varenna or Bellagio and which offers a unique and charming atmosphere. The location is ideal for those who want to discover the true essence of Lake Como and enjoy the tranquility of the area.

GETTING AROUND THE AREA The car is the best way to get around the area, as it allows you to move freely and easily reach the various locations. We also recommend renting bicycles to be able to freely reach most of the points of interest. Casa Silù is located 400 meters from the town center and you can easily arrive by train and move on foot to reach restaurants and bars, shops, the lakeside and the beaches of Lido di Colico and Spiaggia Ontano.

PARKING Our guests will have access to a convenient private and covered parking lot where they can leave their car safely as well as a private parking space in front of the accommodation.

VISITS The structure is therefore an excellent starting point to enjoy the various activities and leisure activities that the area offers, such as the possibility of going on excursions, playing sports, enjoying the local cuisine and visiting the Villas of Lake Como (Villa Monastero, Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta, Castello di Vezio, Castello Gallio etc).
