The Holiday Home has been designed to accommodate groups, large families or simply couples of friends who wish to spend a holiday together while preserving their privacy. The house is completely independent and is composed as follows:

>Upstairs:

*BEDROOMS : 4 very spacious suites (45 m² each) with a comfortable double bed. Here, your privacy is sacred. Each room offers not only a private bathroom but also a cozy living room with a sofa that converts into a sofa bed as needed. A TV and a kettle for tea/infusions complete the space. A cot for children is available.

*YOGA, SPORT, FITNESS AREA : Mats and mattresses are available to you free of charge, offering you the opportunity to take care of yourself during your stay. Relax, rejuvenate and enjoy every moment of your journey!

> On the ground floor there is the kitchen and the living area:

* KITCHEN : A spacious and well-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need for cooking, you will find various appliances, slicer, extractor, and more.

* LIVING AREA: The living area is bright and welcoming thanks to natural materials such as wood and stone. It is equipped with a large table for 12 people for meals, a fireplace around which you can relax on comfortable sofas, and a large window that opens onto an outdoor space. For the little ones, we provide a high chair and a booster seat. You will also find accessories to prepare breakfasts, such as a waffle maker, a Nespresso machine, an American coffee maker, an electric egg cooker and more. A service toilet is available.

*LAUNDRY : with washing machine, clothes horse, iron, etc.

*OUTDOOR SPACE with private PARKING for 2 cars We provide our guests with bicycles to reach the lake along the river via the cycle path.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property; there will be no other guests. The keys will be given to you and you will be the only owners of the accommodation. Maura, the owner of the property, will be happy to welcome you on the day of check-in and give you the keys. Chiara will always be available via chat or phone for any questions about the house, advice on the area or other requests.

La Corte di Nonna Gemma is located in Valtellina, a few minutes from Lake Como. Colico, on the lake, is only a 10-minute drive away and can also be reached by bike thanks to the cycle path along the Adda River. In the structure we provide free bicycles if you wish. The accommodation is the ideal starting point for excursions and other activities that the lake, Valtellina and its mountains offer.

Nearby you will find a convenient children's playground, reachable in 5 minutes. In addition, you will have a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank and everything you need, all within walking distance! A large shopping center 5 minutes away by car. Car: it is the best way to get around the area, as it allows you to move freely and easily reach the various locations.
