Authentic wooden and stone villa divided into 3 fully equipped apartments surrounded by greenery for a relaxing stay! Casa Unica is an authentic wooden and stone villa, immersed in the heart of nature.

From the entrance, a path with olive trees and wisteria leads to the 3 fully equipped apartments.

Each one preserves the complete privacy of our guests, thus offering an ideal environment for a relaxing stay. This apartment is composed of:

2 BEDROOMS with comfortable double beds (180x190cm)

2 BATHROOMS with shower and bidet

Fully equipped KITCHEN (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric coffee maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven, kettle, utensils, hob, etc.)

In the private GARDEN you will also find a barbecue that you can use whenever you want and where you can park your bicycles or other sports equipment.

A convenient private and free PARKING is available a few meters away. You can also access the washing machine located in a common area adjacent to your apartment.

This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. However, if you are a larger group or want more privacy, we have the option of RENTING THE WHOLE PROPERTY or some of the apartments to accommodate up to 18 PEOPLE . This option is perfect for GROUPS OF FRIENDS or FAMILIES who want to spend time together but also need some private space. This way you will have the opportunity to share unforgettable moments without having to give up your privacy. We are at your disposal to help you organize your perfect stay on Lake Como. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, the private flower garden, the veranda which is shaded and private, where you can have lunch overlooking the pool. Guests have access to the equipped swimming pool shared with the guests of the property between May and October.

The SWIMMING POOL is open 24 hours a day from May 1st to October 31st. It is shared by the 3 apartments and has comfortable deckchairs and an outdoor shower.

PETS are accepted. There will be a supplement of €5/day to be paid on site as we plan a deep cleaning for the next guest.

ASSISTANCE For any eventuality BRUNO the owner of the house is always at your disposal, in addition to offering a 24-hour assistance service he will be happy to welcome you during check-in and check-out. CHIARA instead takes care of all the part of requesting information before and during the stay and reservations. We will both be happy to give you advice on the best restaurants in the area and the various activities that Lake Como and its mountains offer.

Quiet area, between lake and mountains. If you love cycling, you can reach the main beaches, bars and restaurants of the town by bike along the lakeside, enjoying the view of the mountains and the lake. If you have a car you can reach the beaches in a few minutes by car. Casa Unica is an excellent starting point for all possible activities on Lake Como (boat trip/Ferry/Hydrofoil, kayak, water skiing, wind surfing, sailing) and its mountains (panoramic walks, trails, winter skiing...).

PRIVATE and free PARKING in the building, possibility of bringing bicycles and strollers directly into the apartment. Possibility of recharging electric bikes. The car is the best way to get around Colico and Lake Como. We have free, private and guarded parking at Casa Unica (1 car per apartment).

The use of bicycles is also very appreciated, you can park your bicycles comfortably in your garden. There are many activities to do when you stay at Casa Unica:

-Rent a boat or dinghy to explore the lake and admire the villas and gardens along the shore. Boat rentals can be found at various points along the lakeside or booked in advance.

-Take a walk along the lakeside of Colico to admire the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

-Take a boat trip to explore other towns along the lake such as Como, Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio and Tremezzo.

-Take a bike ride along the Lario cycle path that connects the cities along the lake

-Take a hike to the surrounding mountains to admire the panoramic view of the lake and take a nature walk.

-Visit the historic villas and gardens along the lake shore, such as Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo or Villa Melzi in Bellagio.

-Take a canoe or kayak tour to explore the lake shore from a different perspective.

-Take a sailing trip to enjoy the wind and the beauty of the landscape. Keep in mind that some activities may be seasonal or weather dependent.

It is always advisable to check availability and book in advance to avoid disappointment. For nature and sports lovers, you are in the right place! A few minutes away you can access the most beautiful beaches of the lake, the best spots to practice and take lessons in Kite Surf, Windsurf, Sailing. Walk or bike in the Pian di Spagna Nature Reserve. Walking on our peaks thanks to the various paths such as Il Sentiero del Viandante from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake. But also going out in the evening, Colico is animated by Bars, Restaurants, markets, ice cream parlors, village festivals, beach clubs.
